Established first as a corporation in the United States, Mint Homes selected and has maintained a presence in the Houston, TX market since its inception nearly twenty years ago, in part for the city’s broad economic strength, resilient housing market and quality of living for our associates and customers both.

Our first major international office was established in the city of Coimbatore, in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Similar to the rationale behind the selection of our Houston office, we see great potential for growth and to make a difference in the Coimbatore market. The Indian office is benefit of exactly what we see as the great potential and a competitive edge in Coimbatore, in terms of a skilled technical, architectural, engineering and information technology workforce.

As we continue to grow to span the globe, we have established offices in each of the geographical areas where we intend to and are currently expanding.
